When I was younger I had anxiety attacks at night where I felt like I couldn't breath. I also had these nightmares that never really made sense but I still woke up in a cold sweat. After my Father had passed I convinced myself that I was not afraid of death and even welcomed it. As if it was an answer to my ideology I had a nightmare where someone was trying to kill me. I awoke yelling my hand extended from the knife I had in my dream. I was scared still, realizing I was in fact afraid.
