Shortly after my father passed I had these dreams of my father. It was as if nothing had changed, we would be talking creating memories again. In one of them that I faintly remember, I was upset about something, my father came over to comfort me, I cried in his arms and for the first time in my life I saw him with a pained expression on his face. As he held me tight he told me everything was going to be okay and then I woke up.
